Our partner, a legal leading firm in Continental US is hiring multiple Client Service
Attorneys based in Puerto Rico. This role is crucial in ensuring a strong
and successful attorney-client relationship. These positions rely heavily on
effective, professional, and patient communication with our clients. The
Client Service Attorney guides clients through the complexities of their cases.

Salary range: $60K - $65K

Responsibilities:

• Maintain rapport and serve as the primary point of contact for clients with a proactive and consistent communication.
• Guide clients through the litigation process, ensuring they understand of the information and stages.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines to ensure timely updates to clients
• Maintain structured cadence for client follow-up to ensure an optimal client experience
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys for optimal efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar license in Puerto Rico or US States Bar
• Willing to work a 1:00PM-10:00PM schedule.
• On-site
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with client-facing communication
• Strong proficient in English and Spanish (Verbal & Written)
