Our partner, in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, payment applications, and credit notes.
• Ensure accuracy in identifying which accounts are affected by
  transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage bank closings efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain financial records
  accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Support with the Accounting Cycle: Journal entries, month end closed
  and Ad Hoc reports required by management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a previous similar role
• Bilingual ( Verbal and Written in English and Spanish)
• Available to work on site at their offices in Metro Area, PR.
• Willing to travel within the Caribbean Region
