Job Overview

Piloto 151 is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our
team as a Sales & Operations Associate. In this dual role, you will play a key part
in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations, ultimately contributing to a
positive experience for our members. This position offers the unique opportunity
to directly influence both the growth of our community and the smooth day-to-day functioning of our co-working spaces.
As a Sales & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and
helping onboard new members. You will also actively engage with potential
members to promote our co-working and event spaces, ensuring that each
interaction leaves a lasting impression and supports lead generation.
In addition to sales responsibilities, you will manage operational tasks, including
overseeing the presentation and maintenance of our facilities, resolving service
requests, handling mail and deliveries, and collaborating with various internal
departments and external vendors. This role requires a strong ability to multitask
and collaborate effectively across teams.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts at all Piloto 151 locations and across business lines.
  • Actively engage with potential members and provide them with information
    about our co-working and event space.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and highlight the benefits and features of our
    space.
  • Assist in onboarding new members, including membership agreements and
    keycard access.
  • Respond to all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide excellent
    customer service.
  • Support Sales Lead and Manager on the creation of yearly sales forecasts for Piloto 151 and its affiliate brands.
  • Help track and measure all sales across locations and business units, working closely with all other department leads to ensure that goals are met on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  • Help maintain accurate records and reports of sales funnels, actively analyzing them to generate insights that can lead to an increase in sales.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Handle check-ins, answer inquiries, walk-ins, tours, and member requests:
    greeting and welcoming visitors and members; answer their questions, anticipate needs, and resolve issues quickly and seamlessly.
  • Provide membership and tech support for visitors and members.
  • Be knowledgeable about Piloto 151 offerings and services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space.
  • Responsible for presentation and maintenance of the coworking location assigned.
  • Submit/resolve office maintenance service requests.
  • Receives and manages mail and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external vendors and departments, from building management and catering services to sales & marketing.
  • There will also be opportunities to work on a variety of ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field and/or 2-5 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven to direct operations.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
