Our client is seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join the design team for an exclusive large-scale development in Puerto Rico. This project brings together world-class investors and design partners to create a luxury destination that redefines architectural excellence in the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings for high-end projects.
• Prepare detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and advanced design tools.
• Collaborate closely with contractors and architectural partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute innovative design ideas and bring creative vision to life in every phase of development.
• Work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where design innovation and technical precision meet.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, design sensibility, and communication skills.
• A passion for design excellence and collaboration.
• Fully Bilingual
