Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment :

  • Lead and direct recruitment activities
  • Provide recruitment strategy/approach to boost the process faster and to reach more candidates
  • Build relationships with and utilize external recruitment agencies when appropriate.

Onboarding:

Manage the on boarding process to ensure every new employee has proper introduction to process, corporate culture, corporate business Human Resource

Policy and process:

  • Develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency

Company Culture/ environment :

  • Take the lead with senior staff on setting the tone for the company culture
  • Coordinate employee involvement and community involvement teams and/or programsPlan and lead the company celebration

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR Recruitment for a major company
  • Demonstrated knowledge an understanding of Cambodia Labor Law other relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to plan and organize a substantial workload that includes complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities in both development and emergency contexts
  • Ability to recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems, deal with ambiguity, along with strong consulting, business acumen, and analytical skills are essential
  • Demonstrated credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Enthusiastic team player who builds trusting relationships
  • Self-motivated and assertive; ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments, get answers and autonomously drive solutions
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times due to the handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
