About the job Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities: 
- To maintain Food and Beverage product and services standards.
- Monitor area to ensure hygient, clean environment 
- Co-ordinate Food and Beverage promotions and reservations.
- Ensure guests’ satisfaction with our restaurants and services through co-ordination with the relevant service, setup high standard food quality.
- To prepare job descriptions for all the staff working under the Food and Beverage Service Department.
- To control Food and Beverage monthly cost at its minimum.
- Monthly Food and Beverage promotions at the various outlets to obtain revenue in meeting restaurant forecast and budget.
- To make sure all Outlet to be aware of all the policies and procedures.
- To encourage all Outlet to conduct staff training on, general information, Food and Beverage product knowledge monthly.
- To encourage all Outlet  to be aware of good grooming and hygiene (name tag, uniform, black shoe, black shock, hair finger nail).
- Research with other restaurant in town about market situation especially during low season.
- To maintain and increase food and beverage revenue to meet or exceed established goals.
- To maintain and increase food and beverage high standards, quality and hygiene.
- To take initiatives on cost saving and always remind staff to be aware of the importance of cost control

Job Requirement: 
-  At least 3 years experience in similar position.
- BBA of Management and related fields
- Computer literate in Microsoft office and internet and email
- Administrative course
- Can speak English well for communication
- Computer literatures
- Strong inter personal skills
- Problem solving and negotiating
- Be able to accept under work pressure
- Honest to the team and company
- Be strong commitment to stay working long term
