Senior Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

• Take mission and follow the schedule Job Order that assigned by Supervisor/ Manager both at field or workshop and solve customer complaints.
• Wearing the security work uniform such as helmet, security shoe, uniform etc. Clean the workplace before finish with 5’s standard.
• Communicate with customers through all channels to fix customers’ issues
• Assemble machinery or truck components according to specifications.
• Conduct Arrival Inspection to the machine after assembly or production order, ensure that machine is pass the quality and ready for sale.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection to the machine assisted, ensure the quality of machine pass the PDI are good and ready for use.
• Meet with clients better understand their concerns and identify the issue.
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Perform machinery or truck assessments and alert customers on issues that will prohibit their machinery or truck from passing inspection.
• Troubleshooting the problem; customer complaint, replace parts and repair the problem found
• Explain the problem and solution to customer and prepare service report for customer signe after service activity provided.
• Communicate and report the problem found to supervisor/ manager in case cannot solve the problem.
• Prepare daily report both pictures; txt and verbal to Supervisor/ Manager.
• Share knowledge and experience to mechanic.
• Join training and continuous improvement on both soft skills and hard skills.
• Other tasks assigned by manager and head of department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experiences and skills in mechanics and related field
• Bachelor of mechanical or electrical skills
• Medium English level in both written and spoken
• Sense of leadership
• High responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good interpersonal skills
