About the job Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall purchasing functions to ensure smooth and efficient activities
  • Develop, lead, and execute purchasing activities
  • Sourcing, Managing, and evaluating/analyst supplier in order to find out the profitable suppliers
  • Negotiate price and follow up with team regularly
  • Make the proper Purchasing planning best the logical data and situation.
  • Ensure all procurement requests are completed correctly
  • Ensure that purchased products or services are matched with the requirement of the requester
  • Maintain the sustainable relationship with suppliers and all stakeholders
  • Ensure that any purchase is followed the company process/policy
  • Ensure for purchasing for delivering on time for market demand on time.
  • Ensure all company information highly keep as confidential and not lacked outside the company or unrelated parties.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • At least 2-year experience in purchasing or supply chains
  • Knowledge in heavy machinery and machine spare part is preferable
  • Good command of English in both spoken and written. Knowing Chinese language is a plus
  • Solid judgment along with decision making skills and familiar with vendor sourcing
  • Knowledge of bidding, negotiation, communication and problem solving
  • Computer literacy especially MS Office, Excel, and other relevant system (SAP is the plus)
