Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the branch. This includes the overall management and development of the branch.
• Contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch.
• Manage and develop a professional and result oriented team to achieve the Bank’s established profitability goals and objectives.
• Formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans to promote Bank’s products and services effectively and efficiently.
• Identify business opportunities from retail, high net worth and institutional clients.
• Implement service excellence initiatives to enhance customer service quality at the branch.
• Ensure all the activities are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Ensure there are safe and sound operational policies and procedures are adopted across all operational functions.
• Establish, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal controls for the Bank.
• Supervising and ensuring proper and smooth running of the operational activities including reviewing and streamlining the operational workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure proper manpower planning to meet the human resources needs as well as managing and retaining skilled employees / talent
• Provide training, coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance to develop a team of competent staff force.
Job Requirements
• At least 3 year managerial level in risk management or similar capacity.
• Full spectrum of banking policy, process, manual, flows and banking activities knowledge
• Leadership & people management skill
• Complex analytical, problem solving & decision making skill
• Strategic planning & organizing skill
• Influential communication & presentation skill.
