Job Responsibilities:

  • Design creative growth strategies, practical and creative solution that would fit for the digital market.
  • Implements marketing strategy that would work on a digital platform.
  • Manage an effective plan for the digital campaign and response to enquiries on social network (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage in creating and develop new advertising concepts and drafting artwork to deliver marketing message To the target customer.
  • Asist in planning, developing, and organizing advertising guideline and campaigns to support sales objective.
  • Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content, and conversion points of the company page to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Build a strong social strategy to grow followers, brand interest and engagement.
  • Create content to post on social media, and work with a designer for attractive artwork.
  • Response for marketing research to ensure the marketing strategy is up to date.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Social media plan, and monthly reports.
  • Response the viewer's feedbacks, inbox Messenger.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a similar skill
  • Ability to copywrite and communicate fluently in both English and Khmer is a MUST
  • Previous experience in a creative, digital, or social media agency will be an advantage
  • Tech and social media savvy; familiar with the roles of various social media platforms and social media trends
  • Have good knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts
  • Adept in execution, works fast, adapts quickly to changes in direction
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently, while also a team player, manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of design on Photoshop, Illustrator.
