About the job Executive, Card Operation Support (Depute & Authorizer)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Manager to execute all work related to the financial aspect of transactions within card operations i.e. clearing, settlement, reconciliation and P&L management;
  • Process new applications for cards and merchants;
  • Perform exception handling for transactions where required;
  • Monitor and investigate transactions for fraud where applicable;
  • Manage disputes and legal proceedings related to cards and electronic transactions;
  • Prepare and circulate MIS and other internal reports as required on a regular basis;
  • Reporting to card networks and regulatory body as required;
  • Monitoring and maintaining control processes, to ensure card operations is working properly and affording clients and optimized experience;
  • Any task assigned by manager;

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 2-5 years’ experience in debit or credit card back office operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the functions, processes and systems used in card operations
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to support shift working hours if required
