Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degrees or above in water supply and drainage, mechanical and electrical, installation costing and other related disciplines, holding a quantity surveyor qualification is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Hydraulic Engineering budget making of large commercial properties.
• Familiar with the terms of real estate contracts, basic knowledge of law, knowledge of project bidding Hydraulic Engineering budget making, site management, proficient in the use of (Hymake Valuation 海迈计价软件) and other related cost management software.
• Good communication and coordination skills, honest and trustworthy, fair and clean, with strong teamwork spirit.
• English is preferred.
