About the job Officer, Credit Administration
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To carry out the administrative tasks of the loan and credit department including data entry, record maintenance and report preparation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle various aspects of credit administration and other administrative activities which shall include (but not limited to) the following:-
- Check all loan documentations pertaining to loan for placement shares/ESOS/IPO/others are completed.
- Ensure all pre-condition are met before disbursement of loan.
- Liaise with Legal Department, where applicable, in term of documentation of loan and ensure all loan agreement, security documents and other legal document are signed, verified and in order.
- Ensure proper filing of all loan documentations.
- Monitor all accounts for the purpose of closing accounts.
- Liaise with IT Department to enhance the existing system and improve on reporting format.
- Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Bank’s business and be conversant with all statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the National Bank of Cambodia, directives and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies and the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.
- Proactively provide suggestions and recommendations to improve the operational efficiency and problem solving.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate in any discipline, or secondary school and Diploma holder with at least 1 year related loan & credit/ banking experience
Professional Accreditation:
- Basic understanding of banking / loans product.
- Communication and interpersonal skill
- Business oriented customer service skill
- Computer and report writing skill
- Written and spoken English
