Graphic Designer

 • Design and adapt marketing and promotional materials within tight timeline 

• Develop image visuals and graphic materials for print and digital use 

• Coordinate with production house on creative file output and color test production • Provide art directions for product photography and support postproduction editing 

• Assist Marketing Manager on social media asset production 

• Maintain creative artwork archives related to Condo, Hotel & Residence 

 • Manage ad-hoc design projects for real estate development 

 Job Requirements: 

• Degree/ diploma in graphic design or equivalent 

• At least 2 years’ experience in creative industry 

• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and in Design) 

• Able to work independently and as a team • Good command in English
