About the job IT Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, telephone system
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware, software problems
- Setting up users’ accounts and profiles and dealing password issues
- Manage internal network internet connection
- Testing, evaluating technology
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, specializing in Information
Technology or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Good understanding of Information System (MIS), and ability to listen and response to users about their remarks and requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support operations
- Ability to handle emergency situations with good problem-solving skills, ability to find
alternative solutions quickly to ensure continuity of services
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network
installation
- Be able to communicate and write in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, specializing in Information
Technology or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
