About the job Senior Executive, Business Relationship
Primary Objective
- To achieve the given business target including loans or deposits sales target via promoting & marketing of bank’s products & services.
- To assist implantation of the Bank’s business strategies via carry out all business development / marketing programs, activities & campaign.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch / bank.
- Identify business opportunities from retail, high net worth and institutional clients including business referral to management.
- Introduce, promote, market all Bank’s products & services inclusive loans or deposits products, bankcard, fee-based transaction services, electronic service delivery channels & etc.
- Achieved the business sales target, i.e. loans or deposits target.
- Expand the clientele based through networking, business referral, constant follow-up, cold-calls & etc.
- Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints on bank’s products & services.
- Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’ satisfaction.
- Attend & assist to customer needs in bank’s products & services application.
- To collect and prepare all required documents / information from customer for all products including deposits & loans application and timely closure of business deals & in compliance with bank’s regulated policy.
- To compile & prepare simplified CA & related documents to expedite loans application process turnaround time.
- To keep track of own sales performance and prepare individual business performance reporting.
- Participate in business development, marketing, promotion campaign & activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with 2 years related working experience in sales & marketing in banking field or Diploma/ secondary school leaver with 3 years related working experience in banking industry.
- Banking products & service, lending & credit knowledge.
- Business development, sales & marketing skill

- Basic CA & report writing skill
- Computer skill
