Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team daily operations in order to ensure revenue target.
  • Lead everyday morning talk, direct and motivate sales team performance, teamwork and productivity
  • Manage and optimize team budgeting vs schedule visit customers in order to succeed in hot prospect effectively and efficiency
  • Keep update and survey competitors market
  • Monitor sales process & tracking hot prospect CRM pipeline in order to make rolling sales forecast
  • Supervise and ensure subordinates to implement the company's strategy and direction
  • Manage and support sales team activity in order to achieve revenue target set by HoD
  • Create and manage monthly sales plans, make sure all sales activities bring resulth to achieve the plan.
  • Review overall prospect & lead demand and make monthly forecast
  • Coach and guide sales team’s product knowledge and sales strategy
  • Monitor the sale process and giving advice to the team to improve sale quality
  • Make root cause analysis of lost customer report and make mitigation action plan
  • Manage team budget and schedule visit customers
  • Search for the opportunity (Project Sale) and develop a strategy to win the deal
  • Ensure monthly sales forecast is timely submitted to HoD.
  • Arrange schedule for visiting VIP or Project customers in order to build better relationship
  • Organize and analyze sales report in weekly basis and report to HoD
  • Other tasks assigned by HoD

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences and skills in sales
  • Medium English proficiency in both written and spoken
  • Leadership and Management Skill
  • Good Computer Skill & Presentation Skill
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience required
  • Able to using CRM system & G-suit
