Executive, Recruitment & Talent Branding

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• End-to-end ownership of employee journey in the sourcing & recruitment of suitable, high performing, high potential candidates to fill vacancies
• Develop effective sourcing & recruitment marketing strategies using Bank Employer Branding proposition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute & manage sourcing & recruitment processes to ensure suitable candidates fill vacancies in a timely and effective manner
• End-to-end ownership of employee journey in the sourcing & recruitment of suitable, high performing, high potential candidates to fill vacancies
• Recruitment administration - interview arrangement, on-boarding, induction etc.
• Develop effective sourcing & recruitment marketing strategies using Bank Employer Branding proposition
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities in line with recruitment strategy needs
• Prepare writing or article for talent branding purpose
• To conduct HR related survey and prepare reports and statistic.
• To provide HR support services to internal staff and assist staff in HR related enquiries and matters.
• Review key processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

• Degree in Human Resource / Finance / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-3 years Human Resource or Marketing/
• Branding working experience in a commercial banking environment task assigned.

• Good understanding of hiring requirements from the business perspective
• Highly analytical, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, resourceful and passionate in his/her work.
• Computer literature; familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Able to speak and write in both English and Khmer (excellent)
