Role Overview

We are hiring a highly disciplined and execution-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Elev8 Matrix’s sales organisation.

This role sits at the frontline of revenue generation—responsible for creating qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, fast inbound response, and structured lead qualification.

You are not closing deals. You are creating opportunities for our Account Executives by ensuring that every qualified lead is properly identified, engaged, and booked for a demo.

This is a high-performance, metrics-driven role designed for individuals who thrive in structured environments, can handle volume, and execute consistently.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Execution

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, messages, follow-ups)

  • Respond to inbound leads within SLA (<5 minutes)

  • Qualify prospects using a structured framework (SPICED-Lite: Situation, Pain, Critical Event)

  • Book and confirm demos with qualified prospects

  • Accurately log all interactions in CRM (notes, outcomes, next steps)

  • Follow approved scripts and messaging frameworks

Pipeline Contribution

  • Generate consistent, high-quality demo bookings for the AE team

  • Ensure clean and complete handoffs with full context

  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and data accuracy

Team Collaboration

  • Align daily with Demand Generation Lead on priorities and targets

  • Coordinate with Sales Operations for lead routing and task accuracy

  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and performance reviews



Required Skills and Expertise

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in SDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales roles

  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, high-accountability environment

  • Comfortable following structured scripts and processes

  • High attention to detail in CRM and documentation

Highly Preferred

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS sales environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Experience working in remote, performance-driven teams
