Backend Developer (Advanced Systems & AI)

About the Role

We are looking to hire top-tier Backend Developers who can build, scale, and optimize high-performance systems. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and have experience working with secure systems, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs

Implement and manage secure access frameworks (PAM)

Work on AI-driven architectures, including AI agents and automation workflows

Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses

Ensure system performance, reliability, and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)

Required Skills & Expertise

Must-Have:

Strong experience in backend development (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar)

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of:

o Privileged Access Management (PAM)

o Data Lakes & Data Warehousing platforms

Experience building and consuming REST APIs / microservices

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

Highly Preferred:

Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience in secure architecture & access control systems

Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

Requirements

2–5+ years of backend development experience

Ability to work in a remote environment with CST overlap

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and accountability
