We're Hiring: Senior Marketing & Sales Funnel

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly technical, results-driven Funnel Architect who can design, build, and optimize high-converting B2B lead generation systems.

This is not a basic marketing role — you will be responsible for engineering our revenue pipeline by combining direct-response psychology, automation, and conversion optimization.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Architect End-to-End Funnels
    Build and deploy high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and funnel flows (from traffic to conversion).

  • Build Advanced Automations
    Design email sequences, SMS workflows, and CRM triggers to ensure zero lead leakage.

  • Own the Tech Stack
    Work extensively with:

Go High Level (GHL)

§ HubSpot / ActiveCampaign

§ Zapier / Make (automation & integrations)

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    Run continuous A/B testing on headlines, offers, and layouts to improve:

§ Opt-in rates

§ Cost per Lead (CPL)

§ Funnel conversion

  • Outbound & Inbound Integration
    Ensure seamless flow from LinkedIn / cold outreach funnel CRM sales pipeline

  • System Integration
    Manage tracking pixels, analytics, CRM syncing, and full funnel data visibility

Who You Are (Requirements)

1. Proof of Performance (Non-Negotiable)

You can share:

  • Funnel portfolio / case studies

  • Metrics such as CTR, CPL, EPC, ROAS, conversion rates

2. Tech Mastery

Hands-on experience with:

  • Go High Level (preferred)

  • ClickFunnels / HubSpot / ActiveCampaign

  • Automation tools (Zapier / Make)

3. Data-Driven Mindset

You don't guess — you optimize using data:

  • Funnel drop-off analysis

  • A/B testing

  • Performance tracking

4. B2B Lead Generation Expertise

  • Experience generating high-ticket B2B leads

  • Exposure to US / UK / Middle East markets preferred

5. Copy & Conversion Understanding

  • Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting

  • Ability to structure pages based on user psychology & buyer journey

  • (Design support can be provided, but you must guide conversion strategy)
