Medical Scribe

Elevate Calls Inc is looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely documentation of patient visits, ensuring medical records are complete and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient visits in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Ensure all medical records are up-to-date and accurate

• Follow all legal and regulatory documentation standards

• Assist physicians with documentation of patient visits

• Ensure all documentation is legible and complete

• Follow up with physicians to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

• Identify and report any discrepancies in medical records

• Maintain patient confidentiality

• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed Medical Doctor

• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe
