Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, webchat, and email.
  • Address and resolve general inquiries, troubleshoot technical difficulties or account issues, and provide guidance concerning order statuses or shipping times
  • Offer suggestions intended to heighten overall client satisfaction levels by actively participating in surveys and focus group discussions designed to generate feedback utilized when updating customer files or optimizing online content displayed across several digital channels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior background in customer care or similar positions preferred although recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Availability to operate during standard business hours within Eastern Time Zone, Monday to Friday 
  • Healthcare account: Technical acumen important including exposure to CRM software (Athena Health EMR)
