What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to assess roof damage and provide professional inspections.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, the insurance claims process, and product options.
• Close deals confidently with clear communication and persuasive yet honest sales skills.
• Manage multiple active leads while being organized and on top of follow-ups.
• Input data into our CRM system and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure project accuracy and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation (this is a field-based role).
• Ability to climb ladders and safely walk on roofs for inspections.
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Experience with insurance claims and retail roofing sales is highly preferred.
