Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce performance.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress, quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and support safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other site teams.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed within the required schedule and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining or a related industry.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification.
• Previous experience on major construction, maintenance, shutdown or commissioning projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in demanding project environments.
• Good communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Valid safety certifications will be an advantage.
• Offshore experience will be an advantage for applicable positions.
• Valid driver's licence is advantageous.
