About the job Sales & Administrative Coordinator
CCSI (Custom Communications & Security Inc.) has been proudly serving Northern Alberta and BC for over 30 years, providing custom business telephone systems, security solutions, CCTV, access control, and data/voice/fibre cabling. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team and help businesses stay connected and secure.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and connect with potential clients to promote CCSIs telephone systems, security solutions, CCTV, and structured cabling services
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the right solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and service agreements
- Support installation and service teams with scheduling, documentation, and client communication
- Perform general administrative duties such as invoicing support, recordkeeping, and office coordination
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (experience with telecom/security systems is an asset, but training will be provided)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage both sales and administrative responsibilities
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn about telephone systems, CCTV, and security products
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to contribute to a growing local company
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package
- We offer professional office environment/required to go out and visit clients and prospect
- Training and support to build your knowledge of telephone, security, and CCTV systems
Compensation Package:
- Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000
- Commission: 15% of Profit
- Vehicle allowance: $450/month plus fuel once outbound
- Cell phone: Provided
- Benefits: After 3 months
- Training: Manufacturer/product training paid by company
