Key Responsibility:

Lead the growth of our retail partner business through leading issue resolution & identifying opportunities in collaboration with our partners and internal teams

KPIs: Orders/Sales, ABV, Customer Retention/Loyalty, Cancellation rate, On time % & Quality & NPS

What Youll Be Doing

· Build, lead & manage strong relationships with chain HQ & store teams

· Daily/Weekly/Monthly Business reviews and action plans executions on time

· Thorough data analysis using own expertise and with dashboard & BI teams to identify root causes of issues and opportunities

· Effective and quick execution of action plans with cross functional teams

· Store setups enhancements to improve our customer delight & drive growth (in conjunction with Logistics where relevant)

· Support logistics team with instore challenges & opportunities to improve efficiency & cost/order

· Support catalog team in driving availability, reducing OOS, and more efficient processes

· Support marketing partnerships team in co-funded/barter campaigns

· Improve Way of Working (WOW) with partners based on our company & each team KPIs

· Evolve our Account Management SOPs with Head of Marketplace

· Identify new services for all/specific partners

What You Should Already Have

· 6+ Years of related previous experience in a similar setting, preferably with an online retailer

· Analytical thinker, great planner and proactive attitude

· Everyday 1% better mentality

· Customer delight obsession

· Track record of operational results

· Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way

· Quick learning & execution

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

· Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership

· Strong command with tools of the trade (eg. Excel, PPT, Google Drive, )

· Hunger to grow the business & yourself

· Arabic Language skills is a must for this role
