JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a dynamic healthcare company in Accra is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for a 3-month contract to drive sales and promote its healthcare solutions and Basic Life Support (BLS) training services. Playing a vital role in CPR training and the broader healthcare community across Ghana and West Africa, the company offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to life-saving initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, target corporate, church, and government clients, identify leads, maintain relationships, and close sales.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales strategies to engage target clients.
• Promote healthcare solutions and BLS training services.
• Identify, pursue, and convert potential leads into clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
• Track sales performance and provide reports on key metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, training, or related industries.
3. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
4. Strong ability to identify leads and close sales.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
