The purpose of the role of Call Centre Agent is to handle all telephonic customer queries; covering all accounts, as well as technical enquiries.

- Providing information in an accurate manner
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must remain calm in all situations
- Attention to detail skills
- Relevant qualification
- 1-2 years' experience as a call centre agent
