DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the role of Call Centre Agent is to handle all telephonic customer queries; covering all accounts, as well as technical enquiries.

For our client we are ideally looking for an outgoing, professional individual who is an out-of-the box thinker, who is customer centric.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Telephonic customer liaison
  • Successfully resolving customer queries
  • Providing information in an accurate manner

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must remain calm in all situations
  • Attention to detail skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant qualification

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a call centre agent
