POSITON NAME: Quality Surveyor

Requirements

1. Preparation of valuations and financial statements;
   
2. Preparation and negotiation of claims;
   
3. Preparation of tender and contract documents;
   
4. Assist with execution of estimates;
   
5. Responsible for managing all project costs;
   
6. Monitoring the cost of site resources

Must have 

• 3 years experience in building projects
• National Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying / BTech Quantity Surveying
  
• MS Office Proficient
•  Ideally registered with the Namibia Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors
