• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Wellness Coaching Certification
  • Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
  • Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and be committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities

*Provide excellent health care for patients
*Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
*Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
*Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
*Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
*Address pain management as a crucial component of care
*Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
*Write timely and accurate documentation
*Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
*Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
*Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
*Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
*Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
