About the Role:
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our client's business expansion. You will lead the Marketing and Sales teams, creating and implementing strategic initiatives aligning with the company's business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, exceptional leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Cultivate enduring relationships with top-tier industry stakeholders.
- Position the company as the preferred partner in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and partners.
Market Penetration and Capture:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Secure a dominant share of high-end project opportunities, targeting an 80% capture of the top-tier market segment.
Brand Positioning and Thought Leadership:
- Create innovative strategies to ensure the company remains top-of-mind among industry leaders.
- Enhance brand recognition and establish the company as an industry thought leader.
Digital Marketing and Public Relations:
- Maximize online presence and lead generation through strategic digital marketing.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and sales pitches.
