£25,000 - £35,000 Basic, £50,000+ OTE

My client is currently enlarging its Legal Recruitment team in there Manchester Office and is looking to add a proven Legal Recruitment Consultant, who has a track record of attaining targets, both with existing clients and the development of new business client accounts.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Recruitment Consultant will take responsibility for both candidates and clients, concentrating on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management, plus building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure and generate repeat business.

A key focus on developing and managing an active pipeline to meet business targets with the ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations, plus have a strategic understanding of your client's needs and objectives for each individual hire.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate for the Legal Recruitment Consultant role will be highly motivated, with a strong work ethic.

You will have the ability to build rapport and provide an exceptional service to clients, you will be highly organised, professional, diligent and proactive, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Legal Recruitment Consultant role will be based in the Manchester City Centre Office located in the heart of Manchester. You will be required to regularly attend candidate and client meetings off site. The role will require the holder to travel as necessary.
