Corporate Communications & Sustainability Consultancy
Hybrid: 1–2 days in London or Leeds
We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships within a growing corporate communications and sustainability consultancy—recently recognised as a Best Place to Work.
This is a senior, client-facing role at the heart of the business—ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, delivering complex projects, and spotting opportunities to grow accounts.
Crucially, you'll have strong experience delivering annual reports and be confident leading corporate reporting projects end-to-end.
The role
You'll be the strategic lead and day-to-day partner for high-value clients—often at C-suite level—ensuring exceptional delivery across corporate reporting and integrated communications.
From briefing creative teams to managing budgets and timelines, you'll keep projects running smoothly while pushing for high standards and smart, effective work.
Alongside delivery, you'll play a key role in growing accounts—identifying opportunities, contributing to pitches, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Leading key client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Delivering complex corporate reporting projects, including annual reports
- Managing budgets, timelines and resource across multiple workstreams
- Briefing and collaborating with design, content and strategy teams
- Overseeing production across print and digital, including tools like Workiva
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and support new business
- Mentoring junior team members and raising the bar on client service
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a corporate communications agency or sustainability consultancy
- Strong track record delivering annual reports (essential)
- Excellent client management skills, with confidence working at senior level
- Commercial mindset with experience growing accounts
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
