I'm partnering with a highly respected, tech-focused brand experience agency to find an exceptional Account Director. This is a senior, growth-driving role within an ambitious, design-led business known for delivering bold, boundary-pushing brand experiences for global technology clients.

This is not a traditional account handler position. You'll be a strategic partner, creative collaborator and commercial leader — someone who thrives on big ideas and knows how to turn opportunity into meaningful, measurable growth.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of key client relationships while playing a central role in agency growth. You'll be deeply immersed in your clients business strategy, market landscape and brand ambition — translating insight into inspiring briefs and breakthrough work.

Business development will energise you. You'll enjoy shaping pitches, spotting opportunity gaps and crafting the narrative hook that makes clients sit up and take notice.

Above all, you'll champion creative ambition while protecting commercial rigour.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic & Creative Leadership

  • Driving growth through outstanding, insight-led work

  • Collaborating closely with strategists and designers to turn opportunity into inspiring creative briefs

  • Championing brave ideas — and confidently selling them

  • Building and executing clear account growth plans

  • Staying curious about emerging technology and future-focused solutions

  • Managing senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Communication & Influence

  • Leading compelling pitch presentations and client workshops

  • Writing persuasive proposals, presentations and scopes of work

  • Managing multiple workstreams with calm authority

  • Ensuring clarity of communication internally and externally

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Shaping and securing scopes with clear, measurable objectives

  • Forecasting revenue and managing budgets confidently

  • Mining new opportunities within existing accounts

  • Protecting space for creative exploration while maintaining commercial discipline

What They're Looking For

  • 10+ years experience within brand experience, events or experiential design

  • Strong experience working with global technology brands

  • A portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and delivery

  • Proven success in driving account growth

  • A natural connector who brings out the best in creative teams

You'll be joining a highly regarded, independent brand experience agency with a strong values-led culture and an impressive track record of delivering award-winning work. The studio is based in Farnham, Surrey, with a flexible working approach. This role requires four days per week in the office.
