I'm currently partnering with a leading strategic brand and packaging agency to find a Senior Account Manager to join their London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a highly respected studio known for creating and growing disruptive, culturally relevant brands—particularly across food, drink and lifestyle. They operate globally, partnering with ambitious founders and brand leaders to deliver work that drives real commercial impact.

The opportunity
This role is ideal for an Account Management professional looking for more ownership and strategic exposure.
You'll take the lead on projects end-to-end, build meaningful client relationships, and play a key role in ensuring work is delivered to an exceptional creative standard. At the same time, you'll be developing your strategic thinking and contributing to account growth.
What you'll be doing
- Owning projects from brief through to delivery—on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Acting as the bridge between client, strategy and creative teams
- Supporting the development of strategic thinking on projects
- Managing budgets, timelines and resourcing effectively
- Identifying opportunities to add value and grow accounts
- Contributing positively to team culture and ways of working
What they're looking for
- Proven experience in a brand, design or creative agency
- A strong track record of managing complex projects and stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with solid financial and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Passionate about design and keen to grow strategically

The details
- Full-time, permanent role
- London-based, 5 days in the studio
- 9:30am – 6:00pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
- Two-week Christmas/New Year studio closure (gifted)
