Job overview:
You are a full-funnel thinker, a pipeline builder, and a B2B digital marketing operator with SaaS instincts and a keen interest in elevating your performance with AI. You love clean attribution and thrive on bridging sales and marketing, running campaigns that generate SQLs, not just MQLs. You understand how to engage enterprise buyers like CHROs with precision and purpose. Testing and experimenting are part of your DNA and you never launch a campaign without a hypothesis, a measurement plan and a plan to optimize.
We are scaling our B2B focus across APAC and Latin America and need someone who can design, launch, and optimize campaigns that make a measurable contribution to revenue. If you have ever said “just running paid ads isn't demand gen,” we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end demand generation engine: from awareness to pipeline
Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise CHROs and HR leaders
Launch digital campaigns (paid and organic social, search, retargeting, email) that drive pipeline
Partner with sales to align outreach and targeting
Create campaign briefs, set KPIs, track attribution, and optimize performance
Build and manage simple funnel dashboards
Own marketing contribution to pipeline in core markets in APAC and Latin America, including Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brazil and Mexico
Work with local marketing teams and agencies on campaign execution
Collaborate with our content lead to fuel campaigns with the right assets
What You Will Have
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in enterprise or HR tech
Proven experience running demand gen and ABM campaigns (1st party data, intent-based, paid social, content and inbound)
Early adopter of state-of-the art demand gen tools for Marketing and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent)
Comfortable creating basic reports, dashboards, and working with GA4, UTM tracking and campaign data
Experience working with or managing performance media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Working level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for productivity and workflows.
