About the role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Vietnam. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Vietnam office, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources for approximately 150 employees. This role requires a strong business partner who can collaborate with leadership, manage an HR team, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Vietnam office leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor an HR team in Vietnam (including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement) to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Vietnam offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees. This includes managing office facilities, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior leadership.
- Proven ability in team management.
- Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with office management and administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
