The role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partner Manager (Individual Contributor) to spearhead our expansion within the education market. This role will be specifically focused on accelerating our partnership with the Sundai Group, one of Japan's largest and most respected education providers, to drive mutual growth and expand the reach of our innovative learning solutions.

Our product has already achieved significant success, with adoption by over 60 diverse school organizations from top private junior high schools and high schools to universities and public schools receiving enthusiastic responses from both teachers and students. Major media outlets, including TV and newspapers, have recognized our impact, highlighting the outstanding achievements and innovative technologies we bring to school education. Building on this momentum, we recently launched a new product specifically customized to meet the evolving needs of schools. We are poised to scale our services across the entire education sector through our strategic partnership with Sundai, and we are confident in our potential for further success.

What youll do:

  • Develops, communicates, and implements the joint Sundai/ELSA business plan
  • Owns the overall enablement plan around ELSA, drives the partner toward success
  • Owns the critical relationships with Sundai and introduces the ELSA key accounts team to the appropriate opportunities
  • Owns the creation of strategic marketing initiatives (including events) that focus Sundai on pipeline creation
  • Identify the opportunities and challenges from customer voices and collaborate with product team to prioritize the requests to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Manage and report the pipeline and forecast

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of progressively increased responsibility in sales/sales management experience, ideally within high-growth tech companies
  • This role requires strategic thinking, and your ability to devise and execute plans is crucial
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, networking skills
  • English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Industry expertise in the education sector
  • Executive solid selling skills and demonstrated success in establishing and managing client relationships
  • Conversant in Tech product, solution, and strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to the ELSA platform
