B2C Sales Team Leader (Thailand Market)

The role:

A Team Leader oversees team members and motivates them to complete their job duties effectively to meet business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Training new employees and re-training employees to enhance their skills and knowledge by monitoring team members’ participation to ensure everyone has proper training and provide any additional training if needed
• Providing team members with daily objectives, and development
• Develop a strategy that the team members can use to reach a project’s goal better.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members.
• Helping sales staff negotiate and close deals
• Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
• Implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity.
• Communicating with upper management and other departments to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Thailand language and working English - Vietnamese skills

• Having an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Economy. Marketing is a bonus, but it’s not required.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position, monitor team size: 5-10 team members.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff
• Leadership skills
• Strategic planning
• Familiarity with effective sales strategies
• Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment
• Ability to train others effectively

• Product knowledge

• Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers

• Handle high pressure at work.

• Ability to create work materials and workflows.

• Create and distribute reports
