About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Channel Partner Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic and exclusive strategic partners to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, business development, and a deep understanding of the education and corporate training sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential strategic partners.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Foster strong, long-term partner relationships to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and support partners in achieving revenue targets.
- Provide training, resources, and support to ensure partner success.
- Monitor market trends, track key performance metrics, and report insights.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and internal policies
Requirements:
- Experience in Key Account, Partnership Management, Business Development in Education in regional level.
- Network in education or corporate training is a must.
- Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must.
- Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment.
- An A-team player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results.
- Tech-savvy, strategic-minded, diligent action taker, lifelong learner.
- Passionate about ELSAs mission.
- English proficiency.
