JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Vietnam. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycleidentifying, attracting, screening, negotiating, and securing top talent across multiple jurisdictions where ELSA operates. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure we hire individuals who not only have the skills to succeed but also align with our mission and culture. Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and proactively plan for upcoming hiring requirements.
Own the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Craft compelling job advertisements and post across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Actively source passive talent via LinkedIn, social media, databases, and referral networks.
Conduct phone screens and first-round interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with ELSA’s values.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement) to support a seamless onboarding process.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 year of experience in talent acquisition for business positions, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
Strong English communication skills, with the confidence to engage and negotiate with stakeholders across functions and regions.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using a cloud-based ATS is an advantage.
Exposure to the EdTech, SaaS, or broader technology sector is a plus.
