We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at ELSA Corp. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional projects, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting C-level or senior executives in high-growth companies, particularly in revenue-driven or startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage the VPs calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate global travel logistics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Project Coordination: Support key strategic and revenue initiatives by tracking progress, following up on action items, and ensuring timely execution.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee expense reporting, document preparation, and records management.
- Event Planning: Organize logistics for executive off-sites, industry conferences, and partner/client meetings.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance administrative processes and executive efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a high-growth, sales, or revenue-focused environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Familiarity or curiosity about GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to represent the executive office professionally across all channels.
- Initiative: A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes ownership.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS, edtech, or startups. Fluency in two or more languages preferred (especially Japanese, Bahasa, Mandarin, or Vietnamese).
