Scope of Works:
- Monitor wells performance and liaise with Production Operations, Subsurface & Well Services teams for compliance to Well Integrity requirement
- Leading the risk assessment in identifying the risk(s) associated with the integrity exposure & recommended solutions complete with mitigation plans
- Perform Risk assessment and scoping of well integrity activities of wells and barrier systems.
- Review and recommend changes to company specifications and standards in the role of Technical Authority for well integrity.
- Conduct wells' health-check & well integrity status routine reviews with management as part of the implementing the Well Integrity Management Program
- Review and update Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) to monitor risk & ensure compliances
- Provide technical support within the company for all matters related to Well Integrity.
- Perform site visit to the facilities and contractor's work location to ensure that the work is being carried out safely and meets the required quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to subordinate engineers. Including awareness to the organization of the well integrity requirement.
- Recommend design modifications to eliminate equipment or system repeating malfunction or problem
- Provide technical support for all wells management related activities that may have direct implication to well integrity including of monitoring, well integrity assurance, problem investigation, root cause analysis etc.
- Provide technical support in wellheads maintenance and SCSSV testing of all wells.
- Prepare reports for well integrity metrics and KPIs
- Track wells integrity issue and planned as necessary to resolve the issue timely with well services team
- Manage wellhead and other related equipment sparing inventory to avoid unnecessary production downtime
- Ensure wellheads design are compliance to company standard and serviceable within the wellheads design lifetime
- Assess the risks in wellhead maintenance operations and provide suitable options to achieve the objectives
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules and budget as per company requirements and actively participate in technical bid evaluation exercise on well integrity related contracts
- Accountable for budget, cost control and ACV management pertaining to well integrity related activities. Responsible to monitor and control to ensure achieve target as set in WIS's KPI
- Generate new tender documents for well integrity related activities where required:
- Tender preparation
- Technical evaluation
- Commercial evaluation
- Coordinate the mobilization and de-mobilization of service contractor's personnel and equipment in a timely manner.
- Must be fully conversant with the appropriate industry HSE policies, guidelines & industry standards.
- Perform personnel functions such as supervision, managing and motivating subordinate engineers.
- Make recommendations on implementation of existing/new technologies to optimize well integrity, maximize production performance and cost performance.
Requirement(s):
- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- 10 years in oil and Gas Industry of which at least 7 years in similar capacity
- Thorough knowledge of well design and casing design, including pressure rating, testing, material selection and metallurgy for downhole and well completion components.
- Experience and understanding of wellheads and x-mas tree specification and API specification for hydraulic actuators and logics.
- Experience to prepare work scopes, contracts and perform bid evaluations.
- Experience to train, motivate and extract quality work from sub-ordinates.
- Familiarity with well integrity related codes, API, etc.
- Strong familiarity with well integrity management software such as IWIT to perform well
- integrity monitoring.
