Wellsite Materials Coordinator

Position : Wellsite Material Coordinator

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Kuala Lumpur / Terengganu / Kelantan (Onshore or Offshore)

Job Description:

• Manage wellsite logistics, tracking, and inventory of equipment for drilling operations, ensuring materials are mobilized to wellsite and de-mob safely and efficiently.
• Optimize loadouts, managing vendors, rental, reducing costs, and maintaining compliance with safety/technical standards.
• Track all material movements in systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and minimizing, managing, and controlling rental equipment cost.
• Liaise with vendors for materials, manage urgent requirements to prevent downtime, and ensure third-party equipment is available.
• Support Lead DSV/CSV by planning material requirements, preparing, and issuing load lists for rig operations.
• Capture lessons learnt and best practices for all the materials & logistics operations.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in materials & logistics operations in Drilling.
• Proposed personnel must possess a tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English
