Installation Manager

Position : Installation Manager

Qualification / Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer registration (e.g. BEM) is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including experience as a Field Engineer, Senior Field Engineer, and Operations Engineer.
• Experience in offshore Transportation & Installation (T&I), EPCIC, or offshore construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore installation methodologies, engineering, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage offshore transportation and installation projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee engineering activities, installation procedures, and project schedules.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Support tender preparation by providing technical and operational input.
