Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute organisational improvement initiatives through situational assessment.
- Plan and execute organisational improvement programs by providing relevant governance or management framework.
- Organise and coordinate communications, engagement programmes and initiatives on organisational improvement efforts.
- Conduct analysis, provide insights and recommend solutions related to organisational improvements matters.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in one of the following fields: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Organizational Development, Multimedia & Advertising or business and creativity related.
- Prior experience in LNG operations, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments.
- Exposure to governance and assurance processes in asset management.
- Familiarity with PETRONAS systems and culture would be a strong advantage.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar) for deep-dive analytics on plant performance and downtime.
- Familiarity with asset management frameworks, especially those used in PETRONAS or similar energy companies.
- Ability to interpret and translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Communication & Change Management 1. Skills in developing communication campaigns (e.g., posters, email blasts, workshops).
- Experience in stake holder engagement and promoting a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
- Strong writing and presentation skills to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
