Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support our clients offshore and onshore oil & gas operations and projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality process engineering solutions across the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute process engineering activities for projects and operations.
• Develop, review, and approve process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances, process simulations, and datasheets.
• Perform process design, optimisation, and troubleshooting for offshore and onshore facilities.
• Participate in and support process safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL assessments.
• Support Management of Change (MOC), design reviews, and technical assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and international codes.
• Interface with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to support project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 to15 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in process design and engineering calculations.
• Familiar with process safety principles and studies.
• Experience in offshore and/or onshore facilities is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
