Job Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry 
• Bachelors degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) required.

Job Description

• Lead the development and implementation of project-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans.
• Establish HSE systems and requirements in collaboration with project teams to ensure safety standards are consistently upheld while driving overall project success.
• Promote a unified, risk-based HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) culture across all phases of the project, ensuring compliance and continuous monitoring.
• Oversee risk management processes, ensuring all risk mitigation measures are implemented effectively by contractors.
• Review and assess contractor HSES documentation, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute an Annual Assurance Master Plan (AAM), including first-line functional assurance, and support the effective implementation of the Project HSES Management Plan.
