Workover Advisory

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory and support for workover, completion, and well intervention operations.
• Review and prepare workover programs, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Support offshore execution to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Advise on complex completions, milling, fishing, packer retrieval, and dual/single completion systems.
• Support well intervention activities including coiled tubing, wireline, and SIMOPS.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize non-productive time (NPT).
• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years' experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering roles.
• Minimum 5 years as Drilling / Workover Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience in offshore Malaysia, preferably Peninsular Malaysia.
• Experience with hydraulic workover rigs preferred.
• Exposure to jack-up, semi-submersible, or tender assisted rigs is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in well intervention, complex completions, and offshore operations.
